Home Health Aide will provide personal care to clients in their homes as outlined by the client’s individual Plan of Care. All care/tasks provided will be as authorized by the State as acceptable for the level of care in which HHA is functioning and must be detailed on the client’s Home Health Aide Care Plan.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, elimination needs, transferring, dressing /undressing, and ambulation.
- Accompanies client to medical appointments when approved by the Nursing Supervisor
- Changing linens and making bed
- Laundry washing and folding
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
